SPARKLE ON!

I don’t know about you, but I personally LOVE a glass of bubbles.

To me, bubbles ELEVATE the room. Those tiny bubbles bring a whole new dimension to the canvas. I can stare at them for a while, doing their magic. Just being in awe. The first sip is always so good!

Add bubbles anywhere, anytime and you have yourself a party. 🙂 Whether you are celebrating something or YOURSELF, a sparkling wine has a luxurious feeling and a festive look. I love to drink a sparkling wine out of an elegant and thin glass, to enhance the beauty and taste ride.

A famous and well-known sparkling wine is Champagne, produced in the Champagne region in France. However, the sparkling wines over here in the Okanagan Valley are also prestigious and draw a lot of attention. Most Okanagan wineries produce a sparkling wine, but there are also wineries who solely create sparkling wines…such as Bella Wines located in Naramata BC.

I love Brut! And I learned that I also do love a nice sparkling Rosé. Combined with those beautiful wineries and stunning views, the overall experience of drinking a sparkling wine in this wine region is SUBLIME.
